Mogens Lassen designed the iconic Kubus candle holder in 1962 for the interior of a restaurant in northern Zealand, Denmark. The geometric piece is today an icon of Danish design thanks to its timeless, Modernist form and enduring function. A mood-enhancing addition to any space, it continues to create a cosy atmosphere at a table — and still decorates the very same restaurant for which it was first designed.
